Description : Meet lovely Miss Polly Pumpkin, a posable artistic doll. With help and a doll stand, she is 12" tall; however, she prefers to sit by your side and won't take up too much space at 7.5” tall.
Polly Pumpkin was rescued from a thrift store bin, where she called out to me for help!
Once I had her comfortable in her new foster home, she revealed to me who she really was, and with a little love and imagination, Miss Polly Pumpkin was brought to life.
Her cloth body was embellished with little painted pumpkins and handmade leaves and vines.
Her precious face was recreated in paper mâché and adorned with hand-painted and sculpted vines and leaves. Her hands magically transformed into vines!
Her wardrobe was recreated to reflect her spunky personality. Her black, tan, and orange skirt was shortened to highlight her new hand-painted leggings; an underskirt of recycled light coral tule was added; and a caplet of burlap with black polka dots was adorned with more handmade and painted vines and leaves and a tule bow.
Polly wears her favorite brown high-top boots. In her vine hands, she holds a velvet pumpkin.
Polly proudly has a new smile and is ready for her forever home.
