Sue began doodling as soon as she could hold a pencil and, as a young girl, dreamed of being a fashion illustrator. Life’s pursuits and priorities, though, kept her very busy until decades later, she found herself an “empty nester” during a pandemic. The silver lining was discovering Jennifer Chamberlin’s online classes and supportive community of artists. Learning mixed media techniques has brought her new artistic freedom and expression. Sue lives in New Jersey with her husband & two children, and is most inspired by the beauty of nature
