Collection: Debbie Liadis

Debbie lives in central Pennsylvania near Penn State University where she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation. She knows how valuable and therapeutic art, music and recreational activities can be after losing her beloved husband of 47 years to a sudden heart attack. Her family includes two children, their spouses and four grandchildren. 

Following in her mother’s footsteps starting at a young age, Debbie dabbled in all sorts of crafts and sewing and then after high school calligraphy and cross stitch. She always wanted to dip her toes into painting and other art forms. After watching Jennifer Chamberlin in her public Facebook page for over a year, she decided to join Jennifer and the Sisterhood of Maker Bees in early 2020. Now she is loving mixed media in a number of forms and getting her feet wet with needle felting.
